OnyxBuilt for the middle of the set.
One button, always the right one. Validate the set, rest, go again — Onyx handles the program, the rest timer, the records and the machine someone just took.

Skip the setMachine taken?
A coach that never makes you think twice.
Focus mode
Two phases, never ambiguous. The set: one button, “Validate set 3”. The rest: a countdown that ends on its own.
Programs that know the day
A fixed week, a cycle of N days or free training. Skip a day and it shifts; finish it and the next program follows.
Machine taken?
Push the exercise after the next one, or swap it for an equivalent in one tap. The session reorganises itself.
Records, and the ones to come
Personal bests, estimated 1RM, what you did last time under every set — and a nudge when a record is within reach.
A map of your muscles
See what you trained, what's recovered and what's still tired, down to the muscle heads if you want the detail.
Running too
Outdoors with GPS, on a track lap by lap, or on a treadmill. Same app, same history.
A session, the Onyx way
- 1
Open, and it knows
Today's session is already there: the program knows which day it is, even after a missed one.
- 2
Lift, validate, rest
One button per moment. The rest ends by itself; “I'm ready” cuts it short.
- 3
Progress shows up
Records, stones earned, recovery on the body map. The next session adjusts.
Questions
Do I need an account?
No. Onyx works entirely on your phone, offline. An account will only ever be there if you want your data on a second phone.
Can I build my own program?
Yes — sessions, exercises, sets, techniques like drop sets or rest-pause, supersets. Or start from a ready-made program and bend it.
Is it only for the gym?
Strength training comes first, running is already in. Sports are modules: more will come without making the app heavier.
Android or iPhone?
Onyx is built once for both. Android comes first; the iPhone version shares the same code and follows.
